01Who can order on PetroLink?
PetroLink is a B2B platform for petroleum infrastructure projects. You need a verified business account (phone OTP + company details) before placing orders.
02How long does account verification take?
Our team reviews new B2B registrations manually. Most accounts are verified within 1–2 business days. You can browse the catalog while pending, but checkout is blocked until verified.
03What products does PetroLink supply?
We stock OPW HDPE pipes & fittings, manhole covers, tank sumps, and related petroleum forecourt equipment. PetroLink is the only official OPW distributor in South India.
04How does delivery work?
At checkout you choose delivery type and an installation slot where applicable. Delivery is currently free on all orders. You can track order status under Profile → Orders.
05What is the return policy?
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Custom-cut or installed items may not be eligible for return — contact support for case-by-case review.
06How do I pay for orders?
Online payment via Razorpay is coming soon. Orders placed today are recorded with payment status pending and confirmed by our team.
07How do I get help with a product spec?
Use Profile → Help or email support with the product SKU. Our team can share OPW datasheets, installation guides, and compatibility advice.

Terms & Conditions
By using PetroLink, you agree to submit quote requests and place orders only for legitimate business purposes. Product availability, specifications, prices, taxes, delivery charges, and timelines remain indicative until we issue and you accept a final quote or order confirmation. We may reject or cancel requests and orders that cannot be fulfilled because of stock, account verification, delivery limits, or legal and compliance requirements. Payment and delivery terms become binding only when confirmed in writing. Title and risk pass on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. PetroLink is operated by an authorised OPW distribution partner in South India. Product warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer under its stated warranty terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect account and business information such as your name, phone number, email address, company name, occupation, GST number, delivery address, quote requests, and order history to operate the B2B platform. OTP codes are used for authentication. We do not sell your personal data. We use this information to verify accounts, prepare quotes, fulfil orders, provide support, and send service updates. We share data only with service providers and business partners when needed to operate these services or meet legal requirements. Account, quote, and order data is stored on our service providers' systems. On supported devices, access tokens are stored in platform secure storage. We keep data only for as long as needed for business, tax, legal, and security purposes. We may send promotional messages only where permitted. You can change notification preferences in Settings. Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Cancellation & Refunds
A quote request is not an order and can be withdrawn before you accept the final quote. To request cancellation of an accepted order, contact support with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch starts. Returns require prior approval and are subject to product condition, manufacturer terms, and any agreed commercial terms. Custom, installed, used, or specially procured products may not be returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Until online payment is available, our team will coordinate approved refunds through the original or another agreed payment method.
